Inventory & Procurement Manager

Develop procurement plans aligned with project schedules and coordinate purchasing activities for construction materials and equipment. Monitor inventory levels, forecast material requirements, and manage warehouse receiving operations to ensure critical project materials are distributed efficiently. Track long-lead items, monitor supplier performance, and resolve material shortages while maintaining accurate inventory records and reviewing purchase orders for compliance. Support project cost control and coordinate material turnover through effective procurement practices. Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum five years of procurement experience, with preferred EPC or data center construction background.
