Job Summary
Analyze sales trends, demand patterns, and inventory levels to develop accurate forecasts and generate inventory, demand planning, and sales reports. Partner with Sales to understand market needs, monitor stock on hand, and proactively identify shortages or excess. Collaborate with Buyers and Sales teams to align inventory with anticipated customer orders while utilizing data analytics to optimize supply chain performance and support decision-making through actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Ability to interpret sales trends and forecasting data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams
