Inventory Planning Manager

Inventory Planning Manager responsible for developing and implementing inventory planning, replenishment, and stock-control processes across a major Essex construction programme. Collaborates with Construction, Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain teams to ensure materials are available when needed, drives stock visibility, and improves efficiency and cost effectiveness. Acts as the primary point of contact for inventory-related matters, monitors KPIs, and supports data-driven improvements to stock accuracy, replenishment strategies, and project delivery. Requires strong experience in inventory planning, stock control, ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP), analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
