Job Summary
Process purchasing orders and maintain inventory stock levels to ensure the right garments are in stock at the right time. Create and distribute POs and BPOs, develop demand forecasts by measuring sales trends, and calculate safety stocks and reorder points. Monitor contractual inventory minimums and maximums, process re-order reports, and execute strategies to fill account requirements. Collaborate with sales, program managers, customer service, purchasing, and production teams to meet inventory targets. Analyze data to identify trends, reduce exposure to excess inventory, and alert production and purchasing teams on potential issues. Correct discrepancies in cost sheets and monitor their accuracy. Requires a college degree in supply chain or business administration, ERP experience, and proficiency in MS Excel and WMS systems.
Required Qualifications
- College/associate's degree in supply chain or business administration
- Experience in supply chain and logistics
- Experience in ERP and warehouse management systems
- Minimum 6 months' experience
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management
- Knowledge of garment construction and fabric materials properties
- Time management

- Data analysis skills to interpret inventory data
