Job Summary
Manage inventory across customer warehouses, control states, and Sazerac-owned facilities to maximize product availability and minimize out-of-stock events. Build strong partnerships with wholesalers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective inventory planning and exceptional service. Analyze inventory performance and identify opportunities to improve replenishment strategies, warehouse processes, and overall supply chain efficiency. Lead continuous improvement initiatives that reduce costs and optimize inventory management while monitoring key performance indicators to drive informed business decisions. This role supports the Supply Chain team at Sazerac Company, leveraging data and reporting tools to enhance service levels and reduce costs in the alcohol beverage industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, priority-setting, and time management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Self-starter with strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience supporting monthly inventory and accounting close processes
- 1+ year of experience in the alcohol beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or manufacturing industry
- Experience with inventory planning, ERP systems, and using data to drive continuous improvement
