Inventory Planner

Job Summary
As our new Inventory Planner within the Buying Team, you will help ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time. Your day-to-day includes creating inventory plans for daily ops, product launches, and promos; raising purchase orders and managing supplier relationships; analyzing sales trends and forecasting demand; supporting stores with inventory queries and solving stock mysteries; spotting shortages and planning recoveries; maintaining master data (items, vendors, pricing); collaborating with product managers on category goals and promotions; working with the marketing team to bring products to life; keeping planograms fresh and POS materials on point. The role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail, strong numerical skills, and a passion for making things better for both the team and customers. You should ideally have Excel experience (pivot tables, vlookups, hlookups), strong analytical and negotiation skills, and retail technology knowledge; a university degree in business or accounting is desirable but not required.
