Job Summary
Execute omni-channel merchandise plans to drive sales, gross margin, and inventory productivity goals. Support end-to-end planning and allocation processes, creating weekly and ad-hoc reports to analyze store inventory needs and react strategically. Allocate merchandise based on store volume, capacity, and regional factors while recommending replenishment strategies to optimize inventory turns and sell-thrus. Collaborate with retail store teams to review product requests, determine replenishment opportunities, and ensure accurate on-time arrivals for new store allocations. Manage order placements in ERP systems and monitor late product impacts across Visual, Merchandising, and Store partners.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Excel, specifically in an allocation capacity
- Ideally 2-4 years' experience in retail planning and allocation
- Analytical and mathematical proficiency
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with a willingness to flex schedule based on needs of business
- Exhibit quick turnaround time on fast paced business changes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a multi-channel apparel and or footwear brand a plus
