Inventory Picking & Kitting Specialist

Pick components from inventory according to work orders and BOMs, preparing complete and accurate kits for production and assembly teams. Return unused materials to inventory and update records accordingly. Maintain an organized, clean, and clearly labeled inventory area while performing regular cycle counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Monitor stock levels, notify supervisors of shortages, and support receiving activities by verifying counts and storing materials properly. Work closely with assembly, materials planning, and quality teams to follow direction from the Production Lead and Plant Manager, assisting in improving workflows, labeling, storage systems, and material handling while upholding safety standards.
