Job Summary
Conduct inventory management including intake, counts, pricing, transfers, recalls, and stocking while maintaining accurate records in POS systems. Perform recurring audits, spot checks, and cycle counts to ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations. Support daily store operations by maintaining back-of-house cleanliness, executing merchandising standards, and assisting front-of-house teams with customer engagement and reception check-ins. Engage in community events and field marketing to represent the brand, utilizing loyalty programs for customer retention. Work full-time in a 365-day retail environment with rotating evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, adhering to the UFCW Collective Bargaining Agreement.
