Job Summary
Review incoming inventory for accuracy, quality, and condition, then upload data into inventory management software and online marketplace catalogs. Verify product quantities, pricing, and listing accuracy while organizing stock to create efficient workflows for prep and shipping teams. Label products with unique identifiers, determine shipment quantities, and conduct regular inventory reviews to investigate discrepancies. Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to improve overall workflow and maintain daily inventory flow. This role supports a fast-paced operation processing 300–800+ units daily, providing critical insights that help support purchasing decisions and ensure customer satisfaction across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Strong computer and technology skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and web-based software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move throughout the workday
- Ability to work a standard 40-hour workweek and overtime when needed
