Job Summary
Lead daily fulfillment operations across inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns while ensuring consistent SLA achievement for same-day and next-day orders. Monitor real-time performance to adjust labor and workflows, driving productivity, quality, and continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives. Manage peak-season staffing, training, and shift coverage to meet volume requirements, overseeing labor productivity, attendance, and overtime within budget. Coach operations managers, area managers, supervisors, and frontline leaders on performance and safety compliance. Own operational KPIs including units per hour, order accuracy, and on-time ship rates, conducting root-cause analysis for misses. Partner with IT, engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve system issues, support automation rollouts, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or high-volume distribution
- Experience leading large teams in a multi-shift environment
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
