Job Summary
Prepare purchase orders and manage stock levels by receiving, storing, and issuing inventories while carrying out quality and quantity checks. Reconcile physical stock with system records, oversee offloading processes, and maintain orderly storeroom arrangements. Place replenishment orders to avoid insufficiencies or excessive surplus, evaluate suppliers for cost-effective deals, and generate reports on adjustments or damaged items. Ensure compliance with PH and safety regulations while reporting stock levels to the F&B Officer.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of inventory management and storage methods
- Sound knowledge of the inventory management software (ERP) and inventory tracking tools (barcode readers, scanners, etc.)
- Ability to track inventory and generate reports
- Familiarity with various software programs necessary for day-to-day operations, such as Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or other relevant qualification
- At least 2-3 years' experience as an Inventory Officer
