Oversee the complete inventory lifecycle including stocking, usage, and disposal while monitoring levels to support ongoing projects. Develop detailed financial records for cost tracking, valuation, and accounting, ensuring inventory data remains up-to-date. Record all transactions including purchases, adjustments, and disposals, then reconcile accounts regularly to verify discrepancies. Create comprehensive financial reports detailing costs, movements, and profitability to identify trends and support strategic decision-making. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely material availability and address inventory-related issues impacting deadlines. Utilize inventory management software to track stock efficiently and assist in integrating new technologies. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and internal policies related to inventory management and financial reporting.
