Inventory Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day management of new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, maintaining accurate stock levels in DMS and inventory systems. Manage vehicle keys, organize the lot, and ensure proper photography and online descriptions. Inspect pre-owned vehicles, perform appraisals, and determine retail or wholesale disposition. Open and manage repair orders, review estimates, and coordinate vehicles through service, detail, body shop, and vendors to minimize downtime. Monitor inventory aging and recommend pricing or disposition changes while working with Sales, Service, Detail, and Accounting. Maintain accurate physical and system inventory with a target 60-day turn for pre-owned units.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass required background check
- Ability to pass drug screening
