Job Summary
Order and manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, reordering products via Monicle, and adding purchase orders to EIZ. Monitor stock levels and reorder products to meet demand via monocleapp.co which empowers precise inventory management and smarter buying decisions. Request and manage credit requests with suppliers, build and maintain supplier relationships, and ensure timely communication. Manage Back in Stock processes and product updates while supporting the team by responding to customer support emails when needed. This role involves working remotely with a focus on inventory forecasting and supplier negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with EIZ or similar stock management systems
- Previous experience in eCommerce or warehouse operations
- Understanding of inventory forecasting and supplier negotiations
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving
- Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities independently
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify and inventory-related apps
- Confident with digital tools, spreadsheets, and stock management software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive supplier relationships
- A team player with a hands-on attitude, willing to assist where needed
