Inventory Manager

Job Summary
Conduct weekly sales reporting, track stock levels, and organize back stock to maintain appropriate inventory numbers. Lead quarterly counts, cycle counts, spot checks, and audits while creating and checking in purchase orders. Work with the Visual Merchandiser and Ordering Manager to ensure new collections are promptly displayed and orders are placed to keep the sales floor full. Train staff on inventory policies, run weekly reports on best-selling products, and assist with monthly meetings and major event setups. Maintain awareness of apparel trends, encourage deep cleaning and filling during downtime, and communicate product performance observations to senior management. Occasionally assist with omni-channel fulfillment, studio photoshoots, and social media posts including product photography and modeling.
Required Qualifications
- Open and flexible availability - available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be full-time
- Must be knowledgeable of all SKU's and third party items
- Must have an understanding of product trends for the store
- Work efficiently during eight (8) to nine (9) hour shifts
- Promote a sense of ownership and delegation
- Superior customer service and hospitality skills
- Must consistently arrive to each shift with high energy and enthusiasm
- Outstanding communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities
- Confident presentation ability, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills, high energy, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency required to meet deadlines and work productively in a team environment
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and phones
- Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 30lbs
- Strong sensory skills - good eyesight, good hearing, and dexterity
