Job Summary
Manage and control all store inventory elements, including receiving shipments from Ace and DSD vendors, validating .com orders within one hour, and completing all cycle counts and hardware reports. Oversee inter-store transfers, process credits and policy adjustments, and ensure data accuracy for quantity and dollar values. Maintain adequate inventory levels through weekly shooting outs and overstock management, while monitoring shrinkage to recommend theft reduction strategies. Update discontinued tags, implement location codes, and train staff on best practices. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to operate a fork truck and lift 50 lbs.
