Job Summary
Inventory Manager at Gifthealth oversees medication and supply inventory across two adjacent facilities (4343 Equity Drive). Responsible for accuracy, cycle counting, reconciliation, and compliance; leads three direct-report supervisors and their teams (roughly 23–24 staff); collaborates with Supply Chain, Pharmacy, Operations, and Compliance to maintain optimal inventory levels and regulatory traceability (DSCSA, chain-of-custody). Focused on staffing and development, onboarding, performance management, and building autonomous leadership; ensures cross-functional coordination and timely movement of inventory between facilities. Requires hands-on leadership across two sites, strong knowledge of healthcare inventory practices, and proficiency with ERP/WMS systems. Education includes a high school diploma or equivalent and an active Pharmacy Technician License (on the job). Preferred Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
