Core duties include managing cycle counts, adjustments, annual inventory prep, posting invoices and ensuring proper accounting closings, coordinating with technicians on workload, handling dealer-Vu submissions (packing slips/invoices), supporting timely vendor payments and customer payments, and overseeing e-commerce operations via third-party applications (e.g., Kimoby). The role emphasizes attention to detail, numerical proficiency, urgency, organized processes, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Ideal candidates possess automotive parts knowledge, inventory-management experience, strong Excel skills, familiarity with DealerVu/Kimoby or similar dealership systems, and a professional, team-focused demeanor. Required Qualifications
