Job Summary
Track BOXDMG inventory and execute rework activities to restore products to shippable condition, monitoring status and reporting progress to HQ. Manage inventory accuracy across all warehouses by issuing and tracking Purchase Orders using GERP and inventory management systems. Investigate discrepancies through audits, cycle counts, and physical inventories to ensure timely issue resolution. Collaborate with DC teams, carriers, and HQ to resolve operational challenges while adhering to standard operating procedures. Requires frequent presence at Englewood Cliffs HQ and domestic travel for warehouse support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- 23 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Logistics
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions) and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Williness to travel domestically for warehouse operational support
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with inventory systems (GERP, WMS, TMS)
- Experience with box damage or rework processes
