Job Summary
Coordinate and support Inventory across physical operations and Epicor ERP; partner with warehouse, purchasing, and accounting to maintain accurate records; oversee cycle counts and physical inventory, investigate discrepancies, integrate software with ERP to automate workflows, monitor stock levels and trends, and provide reporting and insights to support planning, margins, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating inventory across operations and ERP systems
- Strong collaboration across warehouse, purchasing, and accounting
- Experience with cycle counts and physical inventory processes
- Ability to generate and review inventory reports and provide actionable insights
- Vendor communications related to delivery and quality
- Process improvement and data integrity focus
- Knowledge of Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems
