Job Summary
Oversee and execute all inventory initiatives per the master calendar, ensuring day-to-day store operations run smoothly through the team. Establish operational policies and standards for retail staff while maintaining audit compliance and safety protocols. Manage the inventory team to improve accuracy, training, and execution of strategic objectives through collaboration with cross-divisional managers. Provide leadership, training, and guidance to foster continuous performance improvement. Assist with assigned duties including sales consulting, security, delivery, and visual merchandising to ensure the store remains clean, safe, and guest-ready. This role requires weekends, nights, and holidays, with flexible work availability in a professional retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age (or per state regulations)
- Skilled in Google and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with significant P&L responsibility
- Strong knowledge of retail technology platforms and systems
- Must possess strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures used to develop strategies designed to improve the business
- Minimum 2 years' experience supervising training, quality, and customer service in retail
- Minimum 4 years' retail experience, including a combination of front end and/or inventory responsibilities
