Job Summary
Inventory Manager responsible for stock governance, control policies, and inventory integrity across South Africa and other operating countries. Oversees recording and tracking of stock movements, cycle counts, annual stock counts, and reporting; drives processes to minimize losses, reduce variances, and improve stock accuracy. Leads warehousing and consignment stock oversight, supervises stock administrators, and implements scalable controls and improvements across multiple locations. Requires strong ERP experience, analytical and reconciliation skills, and leadership to train staff and ensure compliance with stock procedures and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in stock/inventory management
- Strong ERP and inventory systems experience
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Experience managing stock across multiple locations advantageous
- Strong leadership and process implementation capability
