Inventory Manager - 2nd Shift

Line Lead, Inventory at Carvana oversees a team of hourly associates in the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals, manage the movement of cars into and out of the center, coach and develop staff, enforce safety and procedures, review defects, and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to determine repairs or rejections. Responsibilities include training staff to meet Quality Control standards, minimizing re-checks and delays, ensuring adherence to lean principles, and maintaining clear performance expectations and effective communication. The role requires supervising, delegating tasks, and protecting team members in a fast-paced environment with potential overtime and weekend work.
