Inventory Management

Obtain daily production schedules and identify required materials for scheduled runs. Locate necessary parts, pull them from storage, and record transactions in the ERP system. Process raw materials to correct specifications and assign locations and quantities for all product parts. Create "kits" of materials for assemblies based on the production schedule and update, track status, and issue all assembly kits required for projects. Provide information to begin kit assembly, including drawings, pick lists, and shop order reports. Perform audits of chemical products shelf life to determine expired items. Expediting and moving production parts; picking parts for point of use and Kanban; deal with and address shortages and urgent issues affecting production.
