Inventory Management Associate

Job Summary
Receive raw materials, verify items against work orders, and assign them to correct stockroom bins. Accurately pick and kit components for production, then deliver materials and completed kits to the production floor. Complete all required inbound and outbound ERP transactions, including receiving, picking, kitting, inventory transfers, and material returns. Perform cycle counts, maintain accurate inventory records, and report shortages or discrepancies. Organize production kits according to established procedures while adhering to ESD and moisture-sensitive device handling requirements. This role supports StemWave's manufacturing operation, ensuring reliable material flow to over 500 medical offices nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in a stockroom, warehouse, inventory control, or kitting role
- Experience working with ERP software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive hand motions
- Required use of ESD wrist straps when handling applicable materials
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English
