Inventory Loadout Coordinator

Job Summary
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, maintaining the inventory tracking system accurately to ensure items are stored safely and organized. Optimize warehouse space utilization while prioritizing safety, following policies for storing special items such as firearms, jewelry, and precious stones. Transport materials using forklifts, hand trucks, or carts, and keep the loadout bay and storage areas clean. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers, reporting any inventory discrepancies or damage immediately. Ensure all buyers' merchandise marked for shipping is transferred to the shipping department. Perform other duties as assigned. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, memoranda, and company policies
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications
- Valid Alaska driver's license
- Ability to pass a background and reference check
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs independently and greater weights with assistance
- Ability to walk up and down stairs, climb ladders, and perform extended periods of standing, lifting, and carrying
- Must be able to perform various physical activities required within the department
- Ability to receive, verify, and store consigned inventory efficiently and accurately
- Experience in boxing or containerizing inventory by the seller and storing it on designated shelves
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred: 1 year of related shipping or warehouse operations experience
