Job Summary
Inventory Lead at Swire Coca-Cola overseeing warehouse inventory control processes, physical counts, discrepancy reconciliation, and communication of inventory condition/trends to warehouse leadership, QA, and production facilities. Responsibilities include processing inbound/outbound inventory movements (including STOs, POs, shipments, and deposit loads), ensuring compliance with inventory processes, coordinating product recalls/returns with QA, and maintaining accurate records across finishes, raw materials, and deposits in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Schedule: Mon-Fri 4:00 AM–12:30 PM; Pay: $21.13–$27.34/hour; Location: Draper, UT; requires HS diploma/GED and 1+ year warehouse experience; SAP/Microsoft Office/SharePoint literacy; physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a non-climate controlled setting.; This role does not sponsor work visas.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ years Warehouse Experience required
- General knowledge of warehouse processes and warehouse systems
- Basic PC skills including SAP, Microsoft Office applications, and SharePoint
- Ability to adapt to different work areas
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and repetitive lifting
- Team collaboration in noisy/non-climate controlled environment
