Job Summary
Inventory Lead oversees a team of Inventory Specialists to count, report, reconcile, and optimize warehouse inventory, coordinating with multiple departments, leading audits, and ensuring accuracy between physical stock and WMS records. The role requires mentoring a small team, delegating tasks, conducting regular counts, investigating discrepancies, generating audit reports, and maintaining clear communication with site management to achieve department goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Experience with Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation
- Strong data entry skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills in fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, accountable, reliable
- Strong problem-solving skills for inventory discrepancies
- Capability to stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
- Ability to sit and use hands/fingers for data entry and inventory management tasks
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as required by inventory handling duties
