Job Summary
Inventory Lead at Ayr Wellness supports the Inventory Manager and dispensary staff by supervising and maintaining accurate inventory, aligning physical stock with system quantities, conducting weekly audits, managing stock levels, variances, and menu updates, and ensuring compliance with state cannabis regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating stock flow for order processing, reporting irregularities, keeping menus up to date, ensuring product is stocked and ready for purchase, communicating variance issues, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. The role requires leadership to guide the team, adherence to state policies, and the ability to pass background checks, with experience in inventory, logistics, or cannabis retail and a High School diploma/GED.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years inventory/retail experience in inventory/logistics or cannabis retail setting
- Able to pass state cannabis agency background checks
- Ability to accommodate varied shifts, weekends and holidays
- Regular and punctual attendance
