Job Summary
Lead inventory control and accuracy for the facility by maintaining physical inventory, executing the cycle count program, and validating product transfers between locations. Manage a team of four to five associates through staff development and training while improving controls, identifying operational issues, and researching discrepancies. Monitor adjustments in the warehouse management system, forecast potential inventory issues, and collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiencies. This day shift position runs Monday through Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm or until daily work is completed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of direct inventory control experience
- 1+ years of lead or related experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience with warehouse equipment and warehouse management systems
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- This is a DAY shift position
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 6:00am to 2:30pm start time
- Schedule until daily work is completed
- Background check
