Job Summary
Inventory Health Analyst Lead responsible for connecting inventory data with cross-departmental execution to optimize sell-through, weeks-of-supply, and margins. Develop recovery strategies for aged inventory with marketing and pricing teams, track action effectiveness and reporting on recovery rates, build vendor performance dashboards, perform margin analysis by vendor, identify and mitigate single-source risks, drive opportunities to improve inventory turns and profitability across catalog, partner with advertising/pricing/returns/e-commerce teams to implement recommendations, and deliver regular leadership-level inventory KPIs and actionables. Requires 1 year of related analytics experience, strong Excel/ERP skills (NetSuite preferred), data-driven mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of related job experience in inventory planning, demand planning, purchasing, or merchandising analytics
- Advanced computer skills using MS Office, with strong Excel skills; experience with an ERP system (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data
- Proven ability to turn data into clear recommendations and influence cross-functional partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct and supervise
- Ability to read and write in English
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
