Job Summary
Locate items using handheld scanners and pack products into boxes for shipment at our Charlottesville distribution center. Perform regular lifting up to 50 lbs, operate automated equipment, and navigate ladders. Replenish inventory, clean and organize workspaces, and load or unload trucks. Cross-train throughout the facility to learn different roles within the shipping operation. Work a consistent, predictable 2nd shift schedule, either Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday. Earn starting pay of $17.91 or $18.45 per hour depending on the shift. Full-time positions include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, plus tuition reimbursement and 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Regular lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Overhead reaching/lifting
- Ability to navigate a step ladder/regular ladder
- Operating automated equipment
- Operating a handheld scanner
- Standing and walking for extended periods of time
- Consistent Predictable Schedule
- 2nd Shift A: Monday - Friday 11:00am - 7:30pm
- 2nd Shift B: Sunday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday 11:00am - 7:30pm
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to become forklift certified
- Previous forklift experience is a plus
