Job Summary
Inventory Group Lead responsible for overseeing warehouse distribution operations, applying LEAN principles to improve efficiency, and coordinating the distribution team. Duties include conducting routine technical support tasks in the warehouse, gathering feedback to align with business needs, communicating staffing requirements to supervisors, maintaining department metrics and KPIs, monitoring day-to-day performance, organizing workloads and educational resources, defining distribution strategy and providing a clear roadmap for smooth operations, operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, and educating staff on safety protocols. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 0-1 year of relevant experience; expected to work 40 hours per week with pay range $17.00–$28.46 per hour.
