Inventory & Distribution Planner

Develop distribution strategies for cold storage placement based on demand, optimization, and rotation practices. Manage key-customer and national accounts with a focus on product age and distribution while collaborating with sales and internal departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Review daily inventory reports to achieve fulfillment, generate stock transfer transactions between cold storages, and maintain real-time inventory accuracy between SAP and third-party WMS systems. Create inventory transactions including receipts, postings, holds, and adjustments between production plants and external facilities. Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on inventory control processes and invoice external warehouses for damage claims and cycle count adjustments.
