Job Summary
Own end-to-end forecast generation and maintenance for assigned categories and divisions in RELEX, Logility, and JDE. Analyze business performance and forecast variance to recommend adjustments that balance customer service, inventory investment, and replenishment discipline. Incorporate customer demand signals and promotional activity with Customer Collaboration, while managing forecast exceptions and investigating root causes. Oversee inventory optimization by setting safety-stock and replenishment parameters, and provide operational support through recurring performance reporting. Serve as a subject-matter resource and mentor to junior planners, promoting consistent planning discipline across the group.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analysis experience
- Hands-on experience with advanced planning/forecasting systems and ERP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Excel and Outlook
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
