Job Summary
Develop and maintain cost-effective inventory monitoring programs to maximize usage and minimize expenses across Burlington Hospital and GI departments. Coordinate inventory quantities throughout sites, resolve procurement issues including vendor disputes and invoice discrepancies, and manage product catalogs and electronic systems. Collaborate with Corporate Purchasing to verify requisitions, place orders, and ensure vendor delivery while producing usage and cost reports for management. Identify standardization opportunities, recommend inventory level changes, and maintain working relationships with vendors to reconcile credits and exchanges. Requires 5 years of healthcare inventory management experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- 5 years of experience in inventory management and distribution in a health care setting
- Working knowledge of computerized purchasing and/or materials management/distribution systems
- Excellent communication skills

- Basic computer skills in using Microsoft office suite
