Job Summary
Oversee inventory accounting and financial reporting across multiple divisions, maintaining accurate valuation using standard and average cost methodologies. Manage cost rolls, standard cost updates, and inventory revaluations while analyzing purchase and manufacturing variances. Lead physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits, ensuring subledgers reconcile to the general ledger. Partner with warehouse and controllers to strengthen controls, improve costing processes, and prepare journal entries and audit documentation. Travel domestically and internationally to support ERP implementations and finance initiatives. This role serves as the company's inventory accounting leader within ACT Entertainment's Finance department, offering a path to future leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in inventory accounting, costing, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience with ERP systems
