Job Summary
Inventory Coordinator (Warehouse) - 1st shift based in Harvey, IL. Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy in the WMS as materials are received, cycle counted, and shipped; tracking and expediting missing parts for internal and external customers; administering the cycle count program and investigating variances; ensuring accuracy of transactions including back orders by reviewing P.O.s and discrepancies; supporting specialty inventory transactions such as the RMA process and internal fulfillment ship errors; collaborating with operations to maintain an organized inventory system; coordinating with outside vendors for secondary outsourcing processes; drafting routing reports and generating variable-unit reports across measures. Ideal candidate has 0-3 years in inventory control, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to analyze information and create reports; experience with WMS, JDE, and RF Smart is highly desired, with Lean/Six Sigma experience or certification also desired.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 0-3 years’ experience in inventory control.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze information and create reports, adding value to the business.
