Job Summary
Inventory Coordinator responsible for reconciling finished goods inventory in SAP against physical counts, conducting daily cycle counts, and researching/correcting variances to ensure timely, disruption-free production and fulfillment to Sales Centers and customers. Must utilize inventory databases, coordinate with the Inventory Supervisor, perform counts and variance analysis, uphold cycle counts, and contribute to cross-department coordination with an emphasis on precision, organization, and timely execution. Requires 1+ year warehouse/inventory experience, project-management skills, strong organization, and the ability to influence stakeholders. Schedule is 11:00am–6:30pm; pay range $20.84–$23.44/hour DOE; includes background checks and pre-employment screening. Location: Wilsonville, Oregon (US); in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse and/or inventory experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Project management, adhering to deadlines and prioritization of multiple projects at a time
- Organization, professionalism and ability to influence key stake holders in different departments
