Job Summary
Receive purchase orders from Ace and non-Ace vendors, report discrepancies such as over/short and damages, and coordinate with the freight captain for proper receiving and replenishment. Research outs by scanning locations using a mobile device to determine causes and correct errors, then utilize Mango reports and daily cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Adjust counts after researching discrepancies, manage inventory levels and adjustments, and oversee price change completion and location code integrity. Coordinate store preparation for periodic full physical inventories, train store associates, and partner with management to solve inventory concerns.

- Must have the ability to work both independently and on a team to complete multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a self-starter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to research and find root cause of inventory discrepancies
