Job Summary
Inventory Coordinator in a full-time Tooling department role focusing on monitoring and maintaining inventory levels across product categories. Responsibilities include analyzing inventory usage and demand trends, coordinating with Purchasing to determine reorder quantities and timing, supporting buy-aheads, investigating inventory variances and root causes, ensuring accurate ERP-recorded transactions, communicating inventory status and risks to internal teams, and supporting continuous improvement in inventory accuracy and efficiency. Backup to Purchasing & Tool-Expedite teams. Requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, analytical/problem-solving skills, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication.
