Job Summary
Inventory Coordinator responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials to support manufacturing. Duties include inspecting incoming materials, updating ERP/inventory systems, labeling/set identification, issuing materials to production, cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, organizing storage areas, monitoring stock levels, coordinating with Purchasing/Production, assisting shipping/receiving, operating forklifts when authorized, and ensuring safety compliance and PPE use. Requires high school diploma or GED, experience in inventory control/warehouse/shipping/receiving/manufacturing, data-entry skills, strong math and organization, attention to detail, and reliable attendance. Preferred experience in manufacturing, ERP usage, forklift certification, cycle counting, knowledge of manufacturing processes, and strong teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or manufacturing
- Basic computer skills with experience entering and maintaining accurate data
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
