Inventory Coordinator - Neuro Expansion

Inventory Coordinator for Neuro Expansion at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. Acts as liaison between the department and Supply Chain Management to ensure inventory levels reflect the department’s needs and are managed by established policies and procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory integrity, resolving shipping and receiving issues directly with vendors or carriers, monitoring reports and discrepancies, providing technical setup and maintenance of automated ordering systems, verifying receipts and orders, participating in consignment audits, adjusting par levels based on usage within the ERP system, responding to recalls as directed by FDA or other agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance in biohazardous waste handling, coordinating backorder processes, documenting returns, rotating stock, receiving storeroom items, delivering supplies to floors, monitoring dock traffic, and ensuring safe, timely deliveries. Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing up to 800-pound carts, and pulling pallets; six months of on-the-job training.
