Job Summary
Inventory Coordinator responsible for shipping/receiving, stock transfers, and maintaining warehouse accuracy; duties include pulling and staging parts, processing returns, managing SAP/MRP transactions, cycle counts, and inventory integrity. Provides friendly customer service at the counter, processes orders and returns in SAP, coordinates with Purchasing for stock and order status, and supports accounts receivable with credit releases and new customer setup. Requires lifting 75–100 lbs, working under time constraints, teamwork, and adherence to company procedures.
