Receive and allocate product to proper channels, retrieve orders, and monitor fulfillment. Create transfer transactions in the proprietary ERP system and maintain accurate inventory while checking for discrepancies. Ensure detailed product and data integrity for the wholesale fine jewelry vault. Requires MS Office proficiency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize workload. Collaborate with team members to support vault operations.
