Job Summary
Conduct regular inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits across all production areas while reconciling physical and system inventory levels. Assist with lost SKU investigations, report discrepancies with proper documentation, and support order fulfillment by picking, pulling, and stickering finished goods. Accurately enter data to ensure compliance with internal policies and state regulations, preparing weekly compliance reports and supporting departments with audit needs. Provide training on data collection, auditing procedures, and inventory best practices to maintain data integrity. Identify opportunities to improve inventory tracking, reporting accuracy, and overall operational efficiency while upholding company policies and regulatory standards. Work Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 6:30pm in a physically active environment requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in data management, inventory auditing, and working with inventory systems or Excel, ideally within distribution, fulfillment, or production/warehouse environments
- You are highly organized, analytical, and collaborative, with the ability to solve complex problems and manage competing priorities
- You can safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- You have basic math skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You are reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn warehouse systems and processes
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time (8-10 hours per shift)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and occasional lifting of heavier items with assistance
- Frequent and repetitive use of hands and wrists for extended periods of time
- Repetitive bending, squatting, and reaching
- Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access plants or equipment
- Ability to use required PPE when required, such as masks, hair nets, beard covers, respirators, boot covers, scrubs, non-slip shoes, and Tyvek suits as necessary
- Exposure to environments with high humidity, varying temperatures, and strong odors (such as cannabis)
- Exposure to soil, water, fertilizer, dust, pollen and plant pathogens
- Exposure to cleaning solvents, such as high volumes of isopropyl alcohol
- Exposure to loud noises, including but not limited to air compressors, packaging equipment, and alarms
- Exposure to CO2 manufacturing procedures at OSHA approved CO2 levels
Desired Qualifications
- You bring advanced experience working with database and data-warehouse systems, including integrating, extracting, and managing data across multiple platforms
- You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar inventory/ERP systems
