Job Summary
Monitor inventory activities in the Bento warehouse and third-party warehouses, including receiving goods from suppliers and controlling inventory levels. Enter data into the inventory management system for received orders, ensuring correct setup and adjustments. Coordinate with the driver's supervisor to arrange pickups and manage shipments via Purolator, FedEx, and UPS. Record lot numbers according to Bento's standards and perform various clerical tasks to support warehouse operations. Full-time role starting immediately at $19.00 per hour, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Reliable and hardworking with great communication skills
- Basic knowledge of mathematics
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Previous experience working as an inventory clerk, logistics coordinator, or inventory control
