Job Summary
Inventory Coordinator responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records for consumables, tools, and office supplies in the AAON lab environment. Tasks include routine cycle counts, updating the Master Inventory, tracking incoming/outgoing materials, labeling and storing items, assisting with ordering and replenishment based on usage trends, supporting vendor coordination for fasteners and consumables, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems. Requires attention to detail, strong documentation practices, proficiency with Excel and tracking tools, and ability to work collaboratively with lab personnel and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, administrative support, or similar role
- Forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and digital tracking tools
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams and vendors
