Job Summary
Inventory Coordinator (1st shift) at Cardinal Health. Responsible for quality checks and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy, proper labeling, and timely resolution of discrepancies. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with heights. Preference for experience with PIT (powered industrial trucks) and RF scanners/voice-directed picking. Responsibilities include generating and analyzing daily operational reports, investigating count variances, coordinating inventory relocations, processing product returns, reviewing recalls, managing damaged/lost inventory, addressing picking discrepancies, and documenting outcomes in the CRM. Collaborates with ASO teams and customers to coordinate deliveries, communicates with stakeholders, and manages the rush queue to ensure expedited service. Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am–3:30pm (or until completion of work); hourly range $21.30–$24.50 with bonus-eligibility as stated.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- 1 to 2 years previous experience in quality control or inventory management preferred.
- Demonstrate ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Familiarity with RF scanners and/or voice-directed picking systems highly preferred.
